Arthroscopy · return-to-sport rehab

Get back in the game — properly.

A torn ACL or meniscus doesn't just end a season; untreated, it slowly wrecks the joint. Keyhole (arthroscopic) surgery repairs the damage through incisions of a few millimetres, followed by a structured path back to sport.

What we treat

Injuries we treat arthroscopically.

  • ACL & ligament reconstructionTorn anterior cruciate and other knee ligaments rebuilt with graft reconstruction.
  • Meniscus tearsRepaired where possible — preserving the knee's natural shock absorber — or precisely trimmed where not.
  • Cartilage injuriesFocal cartilage damage addressed early, before it becomes arthritis.
  • Chronic patellofemoral instabilityKneecaps that repeatedly dislocate — an area of Dr. Sinha's published research (Fulkerson osteotomy, MPFL reconstruction).

Why patients choose Dr. Sinha

Keyhole precisionMillimetre incisions, camera-guided repair — many procedures done as day-care.
Published in the fieldResearch on patellofemoral instability published in international orthopaedic journals.
Rehab as rigorous as surgeryA staged return-to-sport plan — because re-injury usually comes from returning too soon.

Good to know

Straight answers for athletes.

When can I play again?

Most ACL reconstructions return to sport in stages over several months. Shortcuts here are how re-tears happen.

Does every ACL tear need surgery?

No. It depends on your age, sport, instability and associated damage. You will get an honest recommendation either way.

Is it day-care surgery?

Many arthroscopic procedures are — in by morning, home by evening, depending on the procedure and your health.
