The story
Dr. Amit Kumar Sinha completed his National Board Fellowship in Arthroplasty at SHALBY Hospitals, Ahmedabad — among the highest-volume joint replacement centres in the world. He returned to Patna with one conviction: patients in Bihar should not have to travel to Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai for a world-class knee or hip.
He became Bihar's first National Board Certified Joint Replacement Surgeon, pioneered the minimally invasive Nano Technique in the state, and in 2026 launched the region's first and only ROSA® robotic joint replacement programme at BIG Apollo Spectra Hospital, Patna. His practice covers primary, complex, infected and revision joint replacements — including the cases other centres decline.

Philosophy
If medicine, physiotherapy or injections can still work, that is the advice you will get — not an operation date.
Robotic guidance, muscle-sparing access and meticulous balancing — because a joint should last decades.
Every step explained in plain language, to the patient and the people who care for them.
